THE ARCHITECT

The system your company runs on, owned outright.

My approach

Strategy without systems is just opinion. I work with established companies whose tools were never connected: the ones where staff still move the same information between apps by hand, and everything routes through the owner. I build the architecture underneath, the operations, the site, and the brand as one system, so the work runs without you watching it. And when it is done, you own it: the code, the data, the documentation, in writing.

Through The Obsidian Archive methodology and the Trivecta Framework, I bring structure to the work most consultants leave vague. No templates. No recycled playbooks. Everything is built from how your company actually works, measured against proprietary scoring, and designed to outlast the engagement itself. I run my own companies on the same architecture, so nothing I hand you is theory.

My story

Born and raised in Southern California, I've spent my career at the intersection of brand strategy, performance marketing, and systems architecture. I don't do surface-level. I built Demilo Alanis LLC to be the practice I never found.

Before consulting, I spent years in high-value B2B sales and digital marketing, learning how data, storytelling, and systems intersect to drive real business outcomes. That experience became the foundation for The Obsidian Archive, a proprietary five-phase brand transformation methodology, and the Trivecta Framework, which measures brand health across three pillars: Brand, Performance, and Purpose. I also serve as Executive Director of Dreams of Kindness, a nonprofit focused on community impact, because building legacy means building beyond yourself.

Build something that outlasts you.
