About our services
Demilo Alanis LLC provides brand architecture and consulting services, digital products, a newsletter, and a client portal. Specific engagements are governed by separate signed agreements. If anything in a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and our proprietary methodologies and frameworks (including The Obsidian Archive and the Trivecta Framework), is owned by Demilo Alanis LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or misuse any feature. We may suspend or restrict access if the site is used in a way that harms us, other users, or the integrity of the platform.
Client portal
Access to the client portal is reserved for authorized clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use of the portal is also subject to the terms of your engagement agreement.
