The Way In
Diagnose. Build. Run.
Less Than the Hire. Never Quits.
You built a real business on product, relationships, and reps. The tools you run on work, they were just never connected, so the work still happens by hand and most of it runs through you. The usual answer is to hire someone: ninety to a hundred and forty thousand a year, plus benefits, plus six months before they are useful. This costs less, arrives faster, and does not quit. You own the code and the data outright, so there is no retainer holding it hostage and no platform to rent. That is the difference between advice and an asset.
The Fracture Map
$2,000 · half credited to the Build
Your tools work. They were just never connected, so the work still happens by hand. The Fracture Map shows you exactly where the time and the money leak, scored and mapped into a roadmap you can run yourself.
- A visual map of where you leak, with a priority roadmap
- Three high-leverage fixes, yours to keep
- An indicative scope and cost for whatever you decide to build
- Scored on the Trivecta Alignment Score: brand, performance, and purpose
The map, the roadmap, and the three fixes are yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Your foundation is live in seven days. From there I architect the whole system and build it: the operations, a custom site, and the brand woven through both. Constructed in phases, 50% to begin each phase and 50% on delivery, so you never pay ahead of finished work. You own all of it.
- Week one: your foundation live, before anything else is designed
- Operations: partner and client portals, automated workflows, the manual work removed
- A custom site that captures, qualifies, and routes every lead, built to be found by people and cited by AI
- Architecture: positioning, message, and the brand guide
- Scored on the Trivecta Alignment Score at kickoff and again at delivery, so what moved is measured, not claimed
- You own the code and the data. No lock-in.
Every phase gets a date before it starts. Miss it and I work free until it ships. Delays on your side move the date. Delays on mine do not.

The part that compounds. Once it is built I keep it running, or run and grow it for you. Minimal lift on your side, output on the other.
- Managed Care: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and changes
- New automated workflows as we find them, $3,000 each
- Execution Retainer: run and grow the marketing, $8,000 to $12,000 / mo
- Re-scored on the Trivecta Alignment Score every six months, quarterly on the retainer, so renewal rests on a number that moved
- Capped roster, so it never goes on autopilot
I run it. You approve. It compounds.
See If It FitsCategory of One
The whole ladder as one engagement: diagnose, architect, build, and run, with quarterly re-architecture: a re-score, then the next quarter planned against the weakest dimension. One partnership, end to end. I take two partners a year.
Built on its own medicine.
My own companies run on the same architecture I build for clients. The same automations, the same dashboards, the same portals. Nothing I hand you is theory; it is the system I trust my own revenue to.
When it is done, you own it.
The code, the data, the documentation. In the contract, not the pitch. If we part ways, everything keeps running and everything stays yours. No agency can offer that, because their business model is the lock-in.

Seven days. The Build opens with a foundation phase that goes live in about a week, before anything else is designed, so you are not waiting months to see something real. Everything after that is scoped to your build and dated in writing before it starts. If you want to start smaller, the Fracture Map is a $2,000 diagnostic that scores your brand, performance, and purpose alignment, maps exactly where the business leaks time and money, and hands you a priority roadmap with three high-leverage fixes you can run yourself. Half the fee is credited to the Build if you continue.
All of it. The Build delivers the operations (portals, automated workflows, and the manual steps removed), a custom website, and the brand architecture (positioning, message, and the brand guide). You own the code and the data. No lock-in, no rented platform.
Strategists hand you a deck. Agencies rent you a platform. IT shops sell you plumbing and never touch the brand. This is the whole system, architected and built as one, and yours to keep. The engagement does not end at advice; it ends when the system runs.
Managed Care keeps the system running from $1,500 per month: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and changes. New automated workflows are $3,000 each as we find them. If you want the marketing run and grown for you, the Execution Retainer is $8,000 to $12,000 per month on a capped roster, so it never goes on autopilot. Either way the system is re-scored on the Trivecta Alignment Score every six months, quarterly on the retainer, so you renew on a number that moved rather than a list of activity.
Yes. Every phase of the Build gets a date in writing before it starts, and if I miss it I work free until it ships. Delays on your side move the date, delays on mine do not. Every build is custom, so the dates come from your scope rather than a number I picked in advance. And on every engagement you leave with a system you own, not a deck.
It depends on scope, in a way you can actually price. The full Build, brand, site, and the operations behind it as one system, starts at $15,000 and scales with what yours needs: workflows are $3,000 each, and a portal or deeper brand work moves the number. Smaller scopes do not need the full Build. After the Fracture Map, some companies take only the two or three workflows that stop the worst leak, at $3,000 each, and come back for the rest later. Either way, the Fracture Map scopes and prices your build for $2,000 before you commit anything, half credited if you continue, and every phase after it is priced and dated in writing. Whether your number lands above or below the one on this page, you will know it before you spend it. The finished system runs on accounts in your name, Google Workspace, hosting, the database, and AI usage, paid directly to the vendors with no markup. Nothing is rented through me.
